GLOBAL SECURE

Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

In short: These terms are the agreement between you and Global Secure Technologies Limited for using the Global Secure Business website and apps. Some services in the app (such as payment accounts, cards and investing) are provided by licensed partners under their own terms, which you accept separately before using them. Crypto is high-risk: please read our crypto risk warning.

1. Who we are

Global Secure Business is operated by Global Secure Technologies Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 820752), Spring House, Kilshane, Co. Tipperary, E34 TW44, Ireland ("Global Secure Business", "we", "us"). Contact: info@globalsecurebusinessapp.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Global Secure Business you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

3. Who can use Global Secure Business

4. Our services and our partners

Global Secure Business brings several services together in one app. Who provides each one matters:

Some features may be marked "Coming soon" or offered as a test or preview. They may change or be withdrawn.

5. Your account and security

6. Identity checks

To meet anti-money-laundering and other legal requirements, we and our partners may ask you to verify your identity and provide information about yourself, your funds and your use of the service. We may limit, pause or refuse services if checks can't be completed or raise concerns.

7. Self-custody wallet

8. Fees

Many features are free. Where a fee, exchange rate or spread applies, we show it in the app before you confirm. Partner fees may also apply and are shown in the same way. Membership plans and the activation deposit are described in the app when you choose them. We will give you notice before changing fees that apply to you.

9. Rewards and Everyday Savings

10. Crypto, investing and risk

Crypto assets and investments can rise and fall in value, and you could lose all the money you put in. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any tax you owe. Please read our full crypto risk warning.

11. Things you must not do

12. Suspending or closing your account

You can close your account at any time (see how to delete your account). Before closing, please withdraw your funds, move your crypto, and use or transfer any gift cards and eSIMs you want to keep.

We may suspend, restrict or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, if the law or a regulator requires it, to protect you or others from fraud, or if we stop offering the service. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you notice. We'll help you get your money and assets back unless the law prevents it.

13. Our responsibility to you

14. Intellectual property

The Global Secure Business name, logo, app and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for your own personal use under these terms, but you may not copy, sell or create works based on it without our permission.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add services or the law changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of changes that affect you, unless the change is required by law or is in your favour. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect.

16. Complaints

If you're unhappy, please contact us at info@globalsecurebusinessapp.com or through in-app support. We'll acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 15 business days. For complaints about a partner's service, we'll help you reach the right partner, who may have its own complaints process and ombudsman.

17. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. You can bring a claim in the courts of Ireland or, if you're a consumer living elsewhere, in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

18. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over our business, on terms that don't reduce your rights.
